Encrypted paypal button – is it working?

Hi I use Paypal encryption as I sell a number of products via different means. The java Buy Now button generated by Click2Sell is not encrypted which means Paypal will not accept payment. Is there anyway of having an encrypted button generated by Click2Sell to overcome this problem? thanks

Currently Click2Sell.EU does not encrypt Paypal payment buttons since we have an anti-fraud system implemented, so this encryption is not necessary actually. In order to use your Paypal account with Click2Sell.EU your Paypal account should accept unencrypted buttons.

Steve, I would like to know if you have a separate Paypal account that would accept unencrypted payments? This would be the best way to use it on Click2Sell.EU. There is another opportunity also. Please, show me your products and your payment buttons. Then I will talk with our developers to find out what is possible to do in order to make your account work with us.

Payment Transfer – How to transfer affiliate commission

Hi, I can see a payment inwards (48.50$) in my C2S account here . I was assuming payment to be automatically transferred to my Payment processor but that does not happen. Please guide me how to transfer payment to my payment processor (e.g paypal ) and how can i automate this process? Regards

Thank you for your questions. It looks like you have made an affiliate product sale and got an affiliate comission of $48.50. All affiliate commissions are paid automatically to your Paypal or Moneybookers account (if you have one). All Click2Sell.EU merchants must pay their affiliates within 21 day after the end of the month, so you will receive your affiliate comission really soon. No special action is required from your part since our system tracks everything and makes sure that you receive an earned commission – it’s fully automatic.

Cannot Pay Affiliate Because of Paypal Restrictions

Hi, I received your msg to pay all my affil for Sept, which I have done except this one because: tonikay46 Currently PayPal accounts in Togo are only able to send payments. This recipient is not eligible to receive funds. $5.70 So, as he cannot accept payments with paypal I cannot pay him.. how do I clear this from my acct so I do not get penalized? thanks

Yes, there is a problem that some of affiliates has a Paypal account, however they cannot receive money since Paypal has prohibits the members of certain countries to receive money. Thank you for reporting this. We will manually e-mail the affiliate and then ask him if the has any other payment processor accounts such as Moneybookers, so this way we could send him money via another payment method. One way or the other, we will mark your affiliate commission payment as ‘paid’ manually, so you can be sure that you won’t be penalized.

Re:pay per lead merchants

is there any pay per lead merchant avalaible at click2sell?

Unfortunately, there is no such merchant in Click2Sell marketplace.
Current system is not suitable for such type of marketing.
All Click2Sell merchants pay only for referred sales.

I’m very glad to hear that you managed to place buy now buttons successfully. Please, show me your page and I will personally check them out to see if you have placed buy now button correctly. Now, regarding the licence agreement: if you want to have such page pop-up before the purchase, just make a separate page with that licence agreement. I suggest you doing this:
1) Create a page with a licence agreement and place your Click2Sell.EU buy now button on it – in the good and visible place
2) Now, place buy now button link on your main sales page. This link should direct to your licence agreement page.

So when you customer visits your website and reads the sales page, he/she would find a buy now link. The visitor would click on a link which leads directly to licence agreement page to read that licence. On this licence page there is a buy now button to your products checkout page on Click2Sell.EU, so your customer will be able to read the licence and then buy your product. This is the easiest way you can implement this.

Affiliate – what to do?

i wonder if how will i promote you c2s and how my affiliate work?
because i click the promote box and i goes on my for affiliate then

Once you click on “Promote” link in the marketplace, your unique
affiliate links will be shown. You need to write down this link, because
it is not automatically shown in “For Affiliate” section. Your chosen
product will be shown in “For Affiliate” section only after you refer at
least 1 visitor.

You need to place your affiliate link somewhere (in a website, in an
article and publish it, send it to your mailing list, in ads systems).
Basically, what you need to do is to make sure that people would click
on your link and go through it to your promoted product’s website. If
then they make some purchases, you will be credited with your earned
commissions.

Promote products from other networks

There are no problems with the product being promoted in other networks.
You will just need to make sure that there is Click2Sell “buy-now”
button only in your product’s sales-page. If you have other payment
methods or use a shopping cart which you don’t want to abandon, then you
can create a separate page for that product with Click2Sell “buy-now”
button.

Our system provides a lot of clarity for affiliates, so they can easily
find out how profitable is one or another product in general.
If a merchant just list his/her product in our marketplace and doesn’t
do anything more (i.e. making some his/her own sales through Click2Sell
“buy-now” button), then the product has just zeros in its statistics, so
naturally it will get very little attention of affiliates.

It is also important to provide as much promotional material as
possible, because a bare product without any promotional material scares
away many potential affiliates.

Affiliate member details

Hi, Can I have details of my affiliate members, like their contact
address, username for the product, sign up date, etc? Now I only have
the email only.

Currently only e-mail is the only information about affiliates (except
statistics of their promotion activity).
We intend to improve “My Affiliates” page in the future, so that you
would be able to see more information about your affiliates.

Payment processors inquiry…

When I test my paypal link on an affiliate product it shows the default name and not my paypal id? It’s set up in the “My Payment Processors” section. Can you help- Thanks

This is a normal behaviour of the system. If you promote a product as affiliate and have your own affiliate link. All you have to do is just to advertise and bring some traffic to your link. If your referred visitor buys the product, then the payment goes straight to the merchant’s Paypal or any other account. This is because merchants receive payments instantly after the sale. All Click2Sell.EU affiliates are paid within 21 day after the end of the month. So for all sales made on i.e. October, you will receive a payment until the 22nd of November. In most cases, all our merchants pay affiliate commissions within a first week of a new month.

Is PPC, CPA Banner Space on Related Websites traffic allowed

Greetings: I do have some Per Pay Click advertising experience with Google Adwords. If Adwords traffic is exceptable, would I be able to link directly to any of the offers I choose to promote? I also like promoting by demographically searching out those websites that are closely related to the offer I’m promoting and negociating banner space on that site, usually on a CPM basis. Is this method of traffic generation exceptable on some of the offers within your marketplace? Thank you for your time

Thank you for your questions regarding Adwords and other pay per click traffic. Yes, of course all pay-per-click campaign traffic is acceptable. We encourage our merchants and affiliates use pay per click advertising in order to increase sales. You will be able to link directly to your promoted products – sales pages – and additionally on Click2Sell.EU you can drive targeted traffic right into the product’s checkout pages – bypassing the merchant’s sales page. This way you can even create your own landing pages and link directly to checkout with your affiliate id.

You can also advertise your affiliate links on websites related to the offers, etc. So all legitimate traffic is allowed.
The only thing that we do not allow and ban our users is for the spamming activities.
