To whom it may concern,

When filling out my payment information, there was no option for
Canadian currency (CAD), which was what I had really preferred. Can a
switch to Canadian currency be arranged somehow?

Currently Click2Sell supports three currencies: USD, EUR and GBP.
Once we decide to add more currencies, we will add Canadian currency for
sure.

However, right now you need to choose a currency from these three
available ones.

Extra fields at the checkout page

Hi, I am selling tangible, personalised products and require a couple
of extra fields to collect some extra customer information at the
checkout stage. How can I configure the system to accept this?

Currently it’s not possible to customize buyer’s info form at the checkout page. Customizing checkout page is in our future plans, however it won’t happen soon.

Some merchants who also gather some additional information just add a form just before the checkout page (they forward their customers to the checkout page only after filling the form) OR ask for additional information in their “thank-you” page. It seems that such method works for them fine.

Is it necessary to upload product files to your servers?

I have products I want to sell and here is an example of one of them. It is already set up that when someone buys it they pay me through paypal on the site. After they purchase they get sent the file through my software company. They said that all you would need is this link and not upload files or thank you pages. Can I set up my product sites on clicksell using the link I have and bypass the upload file since it is already set up? Thanks

Thank you for your questions regarding the need to upload your product files to our secure servers. You don’t have to upload your product’s files to our secure servers if you don’t use our default thank-you page. This option is optional. If you don’t use this option, all you have to do is just to provide a link to your product’s download page (thank-you page) where the buyer will be redirected right after the purchase. This way you won’t have to upload your product files to our servers. So yes, you can set up your product sites on our system using your product download links and bypass our file upload feature.

Payment threshold to receive payments?

Dear Sirs, What is the minimum payment Threshold and how I receive my money if I have some sells? Are you sending cheques or will I get my money by direct deposit? Please advice! thanks

First of all, I would like to know what would you like to do on Click2Sell.EU – sell your products online or promote products as affiliate from our Marketplace? If you are a merchant, then you will set up your Paypal, Moneybookers or any other payment processor account to accept payments. You will receive payments right after the sale to your account.
If you would like to promote products as affiliate from the Marketplace, then you will receive your affiliate commission payment within 21 day after the end of the month. For example, for all sales made on October, you will receive your affiliate commission until the 22nd of November. For some products you might receive the payment on the 1st day of November, while for others you might receive a payment on 21st of November. One way or the other – there are no minumum payment thresholds on Click2Sell.EU. You will get your earned money right into your Paypal or Moneybookers account regardless of the amount. All your payments will be made to your specified Paypal or Moneybookers account.

How Product Conversion Rates are Measured?

Hello, How do you determine the “conversion rates” of your products? Does your “conversion rate” stat strictly measure “buyers versus visitors” or or “opt-in + buyers versus visitors”? How up to date are your “conversion rate” statistics? Thank You

Thank you for your question regarding conversion rates on Click2Sell.EU marketplace for products. Currently all product’s conversion rates are measured by taking the number of sales and dividing that number by the number of all visitors to the sales page – via affiliate links and direct visitors. The conversion rates are for bulk product’s traffic, so a lot of products have quite low rates since a lot of affiliates use auto traffic such as autosurfing, etc. to promote products and this way the conversion rate is decreased. With the targeted and quality traffic the conversion rates are much much higher. Currently we will be tweaking the conversion rates on the marketplace to reflect the real product’s conversion stats with quality traffic. Conversion rates are updated once a week on the Marketplace.

Thank you for your question regarding the promotion of 6By Six Millions product. In order to start promoting it, you must signup on Click2Sell.EU as an affiliate. Actually, accounts for both merchants and affiliates are the same. So once you have a Click2Sell.EU account, please, navigate to the marketplace and search for 6By keyword. The search results will show you your desired product. If you have troubles finding the product, please, navigate through the marketplace and you will find this product ranked at around 43rd place. So once you find this product, please, click on ‘Promote’ link nearby. Your own personal affiliate links will be created, i.e. http://your-login.product-id.click2sell.eu .

Now, please, take this link and start advertising it to interested people: you can send e-mail messages with your affiliate link placed, you can use this link to advertise on pay per click campaigns, forums, etc. All you have to do is just to start driving people to your links and if they buy your promoted product, then you will earn an affiliate commission.

Cannot Save Paypal API Details

I am unable to save my API details for my paypal account. It keeps on saying login requires an email format even if I put my email address.

Then add your Paypal API details and don’t forget to remove a white blank space at the end of your e-mail and other API details. This way you will be able to save your data.

Holding back affiliate commission payments

Hi, My name is Zsolt and I’d like to know that if someone joins as an affiliate and starts promoting products, can you hold back affiliate commission payouts to affiliate’s merchant account(eg. paypal) for a longer period of time, and start transferring commition amount when affiliate lets you know? Currently we do not hold affiliate payments. For all affiliated sales the settlements are generated on the 1st day of the new month. So for i.e. for all sales made on October, all merchants will have affiliate commission payments generated on the 1st of November. Then they will have a 21 day waiting period to pay affiliates. They might pay on the 1st day of the month, while there are some merchants who pay on the 21st day. You will receive an affiliate commission once it is sent.

How refunds are processed via Authorize.net

Does vendor have to set notification url in their authorize.net account?

No, you don’t have do to anything on your Authorize.net. The only thing you have to do is just to enter your Authorize.net account’s API credential and keys and that’s all.
Everything else will be handled by Click2Sell.EU. Once you enter this data, Click2Sell.EU servers communicate with Authorize.net servers and process your transactions. We get all notifications about sales, refunds and chargebacks, so if one appears, our system will automatically adjust everything. No notification urls needs to be set up on Authorize.net account for this to work.
