Is Google Checkout API call back URL required to be set on account?
If I use Google Checkout will I have to set my API call back URL? Or do I use your callback URL?

Cannot upload the huge file to your servers
ok thank you but im trying to upload my file on your server an it want let me an its 907mb in size

Your file size is very very huge, so it takes a lot of time to upload + our servers do not want to allow to upload such big files. In this case I suggest you to create your own thank-you page and place your download links there… Or you upload just a simple fake file to Click2Sell.EU and then go to
For Merchant –> My Products –> Edit Settings –> Configure product pages –> Thank-you page
and add an external a href= link to your product’s location on your webserver.
How to upload product image
Hello, I thought I had uploaded an image of the cover of my book but there is no image and I am unable to upload one now as the upload options are not highlighted. Please Help
Please, login to your Click2Sell.EU account and navigate to: For Merchant –> My Products –> Edit Settings –> Configure Basic Settings –> STEP2 and try to upload your product’s image again.
The option should be working. If you still have a problem, please, e-mail us your product’s image file and we will upload it to your account.
Can I use Click2Sell.EU if I don’t have Paypal business account?
Can I still use Click2Sell even if I don’t have a paypal business account? I do have a paypal account that I can pay affiliates with.
Yes, of course you can use Click2Sell.EU. You can use your personal, premier or business Paypal accounts to sell on Click2Sell.EU.
So if you have a working Paypal account, then you can use it without any problems on our system.
How to protect digital product from unauthorized downloads
so how do i make the thank you page private for buyers only because i dont want them to go to the page an they keep downloading my product after paid for does the link expire after they download the product
As I understand you would like to protect your thank-you page from unauthorized access, so only those people who bought your product could access it. If so then all you have to do is just to use Click2Sell.EU provided default thank-you page. Just select to use a default thank-you page and upload your product’s file to our secure servers. Then after each purchase, your customers will receive their unique encrypted download link to download the product. The product’s sales page will be encrypted and the product will be available for 72 hours to download. After those 72 hours, the download links will expire. So by using Click2Sell.EU default thank-you page you can easily protect your digital products from unauthorized sharing between people.
If you want to modify your default thank you page, just navigate to: For Merchant –> My Products –> Edit Settings –> Configure product pages –> Thank-you page. There you will be able to completely modify your secure thank-you page, add additional information for your customers, etc.
Test buy error and cannot save Paypal API information
Hi I have set up my first product, however there are two problems. 1) When I do a test buy I get the error ‘ cannot ship to selected country’ even though all countries are selected under the product’s settings. 2) When configuring my paypal website payments pro account with clcik2sell – I have entered my api username, signature etc. however it comes up with the error ‘login should be in the form of an email address.’ My email address for the paypal account is changed@email.com. so I don’t know why it doesn’t like it. I have suspended the product until this matter is resolved.
I have personally checked your account to see if everything is working correctly for you. Here are my answers:
1) I tried to make a ‘Test Buy’ for your product to see if I get the same error. I paid you 0.01 GBP and Paypal returned me a payment validation error – your Paypal’s e-mail address entered on Click2Sell.EU was a secondary address. So I fixed that configuration issue on your Click2Sell.EU account for you and then ran a test purchase again. The test purchase was successful, I was redirected to your modified thank-you page. Everything went smoothly. I did not get any ‘cannot ship to selected country’ errors. Maybe it was a temporary glitch for you? Please, clean your browser’s cookies and make a test purchase again to see if the same problem appears for you again.
2) It’s good to know that you have chosen to use Paypal PRO account on Click2Sell. It looks like you tried to configure your API data unsuccessfully. Please, navigate to: My Profile –> My Payment Processors again and click to edit your
Paypal’s information in order to enter API data. Enter this data and please, don’t forget to remove while blank space after the end of e-mail/API details, etc. Because of this issue you were not able to save your Paypal PRO account. Now, once you remove this white blank space, you should have no problems saving the API data. Once you save this data, please, click on ‘Setup’ to setup payment processors mapping – credit card for your account.

I just checked your sales page and all the order links are placed correctly. However, I have noticed that you use only a simple a href= links to link straight to checkout page. These links work without any problem, however since you don’t use our provided java script buttons, you won’t be able to track your sales page visitors, websites referring visitors and even keywords that will convert visitors into sales. So I would like to suggest you to place at least one Click2Sell.EU buy now button with a java script code in order to track everything about your sales page visitors.
If you want to use your own buy now images instead of Click2Sell.EU provided ones, please, just edit the javascript code and replace the image .png file with your own url to your product’s image.
Product’s digital delivery and selling fees
I want to know if theres a size limit for selling digital products with you an do you have selling fees for each tranaction
Thank you for all your questions. Currently we do not limit the file size that can be uploaded to our secure servers if you use our provided default thank-you pages. If you use your own thank-you pages where you want to redirect customers after the purchase, you don’t even need to upload the product’s files to our servers.
And Yes, we have selling fees. We charge only a flat $1 – $3 fee from each transaction – it depends on the product’s price. Simply we have no other fees: you can sell as much products as you want and use other Click2Sell.EU provided benefits at no cost. You will only pay when you make sales. Question regarding payment buttons on a sales page

It’s me again.
Before we went on this trip I told you about. I unchecked “show product at the marketplace”
I assumed that meant that affiliates would not see the products and that I would finish the
correct page when I get back today. Was I wrong to uncheck “show product at the marketplace”
so no one would be confused? I figured that once I finish the necessary steps, I would check the box.The files are quite large and it had taken me quite a while to up load to my hosting company.
Today, I will create the download page and make this all active.

Great to hear that you have hidden your product tempory to make all the necessary changes and fixes. Yes, you can use this ‘show product at the marketplace’ tickbox to show/hide your product on Click2Sell.EU marketplace. Once you uncheck this box, then your product will not be displayed on the Marketplace. So now you can upload all your product’s files to your hosting company, set up the correct thank-you page and sales page with buy now buttons. Once you have everything up and running correctly, please, tick this ‘Show product at the Marketplace’ tickbox again to re-activate your product.
Can I receive an affiliate commission to Moneybookers if merchant pays via Paypal only?
if Merchant Pays Via Paypal and I only have Moneybookers account can I receive that comission on moneybookers account and do i pay some fee?

The merchant will send your affiliate commission to us and then we will pay you to your Moneybookers account. You can be sure that you will definitely receive your affiliate commission payment. For this case we usually suggest vendors to use Hybrid payments and selling plan, so affiliates won’t experience any difficulties.
