Setting Up A Subscription
Hi guys Trying to set up a monthly subscription product. The plan is
to offer a 7 day FREE trial so I need period 1 to be 7 days at £0 (
your system will not allow this – it only accepts £0.01 as a minimum
figure. Clearly, I cannot go charging people £0.01 when the intention
is a FREE 7 day period. Then I want to charge £57 per month after the
7 dau trial. I have set this second payment at 1 monthly intervals BUT
when I run a test it displays as 7 monthly intervals. Please help.
Currently it is not possible to setup £0 initial price due to PayPal
restrictions (they want to charge at least one penny to setup a
subscription).
So at this time you will need to simply ask your customer to purchase a
subscription (which you would setup in the normal way).
I understand and agree that’s not the same. It is just a work-around for
the current situation.
Setting a subscription without initial charge is in our development
plan, however the development time for it is not set yet.

Hi, We’re a web service provider and we want to sell some premium subscription services (i.e. not downloadable files) to our users (eg. similar to Basecamp). I just checked your affiliate link and clicked on the order button to see everything for myself. This direct redirection to Paypal is ok! Why? It’s because we have especially implemented this feature for some merchants that want to bypass the Click2Sell.EU checkout page and proceed directly to Paypal pay pages. As you can see that ‘Redirecting to Paypal…’ page has your Affiliate: steven name printed. This means that your affiliate link works just fine. So you can be sure that you will receive your affiliate commissions if you make sales.

Selling questions
Hi there, Just found you. Click2sell seems to be the right tool for me. I am going to sell high quality pictures online. And I have questions to ask. a. Can I add a logo or re-edit the page which my clients are redircted to when clicking the buy link? b. How much money do you charge me for every transaction? Suppose my product is $3.99, how much can I earn after your charge? c. I just made a test. I clicked the buy link on my page, and then was directed to click2sell page, and then a paypal page. So I just wanna know, what happen after I pay? Can I see a page that has a download link, which is secure and temporary? Looking forward to your quick reply. Thanks a lot.
I would like to answer them one by one:
1) I guess you are using the default Click2Sell provided thank-you page for your customers to be redirected? In order to add your logos and edit all other settings on that page just navigate to:
For Merchant –> My Products -> Edit Settings (click on the product’s panel) –> Configure product pages –> Thank-you page. On this page you will be able to modify your thank-you page, place your product’s pictures, etc.
2) Click2Sell.EU charges a flat $1 fee for all products priced up to $20. You can read more about our pricing structure on this page: http://www.click2sell.eu/redirect_to.do?fwd_path=fees_page&mactl2=fs
3) When you pay on Paypal page and click on return button, you are (the customer in this case) automatically redirected to the thank-you page to download your high quality picture or pictures package. You can easily make a purchase of the product yourself. Just go to: For Merchant –> My Products –> Test Buy and make a test purchase. You will see the whole process of how customer pays you and you will see the final page that your customers will see after they pay. Note: you need to have a separate paypal account for this to complete the test since you cannot send the money to the same account.

I can’t submit api data

I guess you tried to enter/modify your Paypal’s account API information data on Click2Sell.EU account, but were not able to save it on the system. Please, go to: My Profile –> My Payment Processors –> Paypal section and then enter your API data. Please, delete the white blank space at the end of e-mail and all API credentials. Then you will be able to save your entered settings on Click2Sell.EU.

Refund request

No you don’t have to send an e-mail if there is a refund request. You will be able to make refund yourself to any transaction: just click on a certain transaction on your Transaction report and you will see a button
to ‘Refund’ the customer. Once you click on it, your customer will be refunded automatically. You won’t have to e-mail us and ask to refund the customer. You have full control and issue all the refunds to your customers on Click2Sell.EU.

Affiliated sale – when will I receive a payment?
I made my first sale today.October 26,2008 but my payment did not go in my PayPal account what is the problem? I recieved a email from you and the customer also emailed me. For instructions where is my payment?

You have made an affiliated sale, so this means that you will receive your affiliate commission payment within 21 day after the end of this month – October. You will have your affiliate commission payment until the 22nd of November. In most cases, all our merchants pay affiliate commissions within the first week of the new month, so you will receive your payment really soon. I would like to pinpoint that only merchants receive payments instantly to their accounts.

How to change e-mail address of my Paypal account and make it primary
I have log in to my click2sell account and I want to change my PayPal email address as it is currently shown zhiqiangfa@
I have go to “My Profile”, “My Payment Processors”.
Under the “Your payment processor accounts”, it shows me that the email login as zhiqiangfa@ I want to change it to support@ but I am not able to change it.
When people come to my website and click on the order link, they will still see my email as zhiqiangfa@ but I want my email address support@ to be shown instead.

Then you have to configure your support@ e-mail address on your Paypal account as primary. Why? Otherwise the sales won’t go through because of our fraud protection system. You see: Paypal returns 2 e-mail addresses with the transaction information. These 2 e-mail addresses must match since some unfair people try to change one e-mail address as their own and get the product by actually sending the money to themselves. We have this fraud protection system that ensures the protection of the payment and product.
If you want to use your support@ e-mail address, please, go to your Paypal account and set this e-mail as your primary. Then go to: My Profile –> My Payment Processors –> Paypal (click on it) and change your e-mail. Don’t forget to remove the white blank space after the end of your e-mail and all other fields otherwise the system won’t let you save this information.
Once you have this set up, the Paypal will pass your support@ e-mail address as primary e-mail address and sales will work without any problem.
How can I set 30 day money back guarantee on Click2Sell.EU?
Dear support team, I give an advantage to my customer so that they can refund but only for 30 days after they buy a products. Can Click 2 Sell make this happen? Can you help me how to configure this one? Thank you for your kindness.
Thank you for your questions regarding the refund period. On Click2Sell.EU you completely control and issue your product refunds. If you offer 30 days money back guarantee for your product then this means that you have your own rules. On Click2Sell.EU you handle all refund requests yourself, so it’s up to you to refund the customer or leave the money to yourself if the money back guarantee period expires.
How to login and download Click2Sell user guides?
Hallo there. As you can see at the bottom there is no link to follow. On my site the word link is not highlighted so i cannot click on it. Nothing happens and i caanot log in or download anything. Please see if you can help me because i want to get started.
