Iam an affiliate of click2sell, what if i refer another affiliate
member, can i earn money?

Yes, you can earn money from your referred users to Click2Sell.
Just visit “Promote C2S” section (in main menu bar) in member area and
you will see all the information about referring members.

Briefly put, you will earn 30% of income that your referred users pay to us.
So the more active your referred users (affiliate or merchant, it
doesn’t matter), the more money you will earn. These commissions are
lifetime, so they will never expire.

If you have more questions about this, just let me know. I will try to
answer all your questions!

When will I be paid my affiliate commission?

Hello.

I have made 2 sales as an affiliate for a product ~LCD Monitor Repair~ but I have not received my commissions. The first sales was over 3 days ago…I thought that I would receive my commission instantly to my paypal account right? At least that is what I read on your website. Isnt the info correct?

Thank you for all your questions regarding affiliate commission payments. Since you are an affiliate you will receive a payment for promoting other merchant’s products right after the end of the month. Actually all affiliate commissions are paid within 21 day after the end of the month. So you will receive all your affiliate commissions for sales made on December right after the 1st of January.

Berghes, I guess you misunderstood all the process. All Click2Sell.EU merchants receive payments instantly while affiliates have to wait a bit to be paid. I hope this clarifies everything to you. If you have any other questions or just need some help, please, let me know.

How much will I pay for receiving an affiliate commission?

Thank you for your question regarding this product. You will get 7 USD for making a sale of this product. The fee you will pay depends on where you will receive your commission. Actually, the payment will be sent for 7 USD while your Paypal or Moneybookers account will take a certain fee (it depends on your account). Anyway, you will receive only a bit smaller payment for promoting this product.

How do I delete shipping charges for ebook?

Hi, I tried to do a test purchase of my ebook and noticed that it was charging me $6.95 for shipping. How do I delete that so that no one gets charged any shipping since it’s a downloadable product?

Thank you for your questions regarding on how to delete the shipping charges for your downloadable product. Please, tell me: what kind of product’s selection you made when you were adding your product to Click2Sell.EU system (on 1st product’s setup step)? Are you sure you haven’t selected ‘Material’ for your product and then specified that shipping charge later?

You can easily check this out by going to: For Merchant –> My Products –> Edit Settings –> Configure Basic Settings –> STEP 1

If you see a downloadable product type selected then there is an issue with your Paypal account.

Please, login to your Paypal account and go to your Profile and select the option to configure shipping charges. I think your Paypal account has a pre-set $6.95 shipping charge added that’s why when a customer tries to pay you, Paypal adds an additional $6.95 shipping charge. Please, turn it off this shipping charge/calculation option on your Paypal account and then your customers will be charged a correct product’s price.

I have multiple questions about Click2Sell services that need clarifying: 1. Do I use Click2Sell as my merchant account replacement? 2. Please let me answer all your questions about click2sell services one by one.

1) Currently Click2Sell is not a replacement for merchant accounts. In order to work with Click2Sell, you need to have PayPal, Moneybookers, Worldpay, Authorize.net or/and Google Checkout merchant account(s). Real transactions will happen directly into your merchant account, but Click2Sell will coordinate the process and ease your sales management.

2) We do not put any prohibitions, so if you find Click2Sell useful and suitable for your business, there won’t be any restrictions. Please specify what did you have in mind by saying “be accessed”, so I could help you more in this question.

3) Yes, you will pay only for actual transactions. If you don’t make any sale, you won’t pay anything. In the beginning of every month you will receive an invoice to pay your fees for sales made in the whole previous month.

4) Currently no merchant in our system sustains such number consistently, so it’s difficult to say. Theoretically, the system’s architecture doesn’t have any hard or soft cap of transactions/day, everything depends on hardware. We frequently monitor the load on servers and if there would be any need to increase the performance due to heavy loads, we would act quickly.

When will i receive payments for my sales?

Wondering at what date will i receive payments into my paypal account?

Dear Michael,

It depends on what you do on Click2Sell.EU.

If you are a merchant on Click2Sell affiliate marketing network, then you will receive payments to your Paypal, Moneybookers, Google Checkout or your own merchant account (Authorize.net or Paypal PRO) right after a customer buys your product. The money will appear instantly on your account.

If you are an affiliate you will receive payments for affiliated sales within 21 day after the end of the month. So if you make sales on December, you will receive all your affiliate commission payments until the 22nd of January. Affiliates receive payments within 21 day after the end of the month for all sales made that month.

Mass pay failure for multicurrency payments

I have mass pay failure for 2 payments that didn’t go through on mass pay, and I don’t want to click pay again and have a double payment. Can you check it out and see what the reason for mass pay failure is? I think it’s because I don’t have euro/gbp currency in my paypal account active, but I’m not sure. Thank you!

We have checked our servers’ logs and found that the mass payment was initiated for 2 of these payments, but were denied by Paypal since you didn’t have enough funds for these payments. Paypal returned this response: resultCode=10321 – ‘The account does not have sufficient funds to do this masspay’. These are multicurrency payments: one in EUR and one in GBP, so since you don’t have accounts on your Paypal for these currencies (and enough funds), you get mass pay failure for these transactions.

If you want to make Click2Sell mass pay feature working for EUR and GBP currencies, you must add these currencies to your Paypal account additionally (you can do this by enabling them on your Paypal settings page). Once you have these currency accounts then you will have to add some funds to each of them to cover your affiliate payments. After this, when you make a mass payment again, the funds for multicurrency payments such as EUR or GBP will be taken from appropriate currency accounts automatically and mass pay feature will pay all your commissions for affiliates without any problem so, that you will not get mass pay failure any more.

If you don’t want to add these separate currency accounts on Paypal, then use a simple ‘Pay’ button to pay your affiliates one by one manually via a standard web interface.

Problems paying an affiliate

HI! I have some problems paying an affiliate and when i click the button to make the payment it re-directs to paypal showing not only a different amount in USD but also a shipping and handling additional charge of USD 50. Any idea of what might be the problem? In advance, thank you very much! Vicky

Thank you for letting us know this! Actually your problems paying an affiliate happened because your affiliate is not only affiliate, but also sells his own products. He has a Paypal account configured to add those shipping costs automatically to every payment sent via web interface. So that’s why those taxes are added once you try to pay – it happens because of your affiliate account settings. I would like to suggest you an alternative way to pay your affiliate.

Here is the alternative solution on how to avoid problems paying and affiliate by doing this manually:
1) Login to your Paypal account
2) Send to that merchant’s Paypal e-mail address his affiliate commission manually (via Send Money function).
3) Once you are done, please, forward us your sent payment’s approval e-mail from Paypal
4) We will mark your payment as paid ourselves.

This way you won’t be charged those shipping fees or any other charges. Please, let me know how it goes. I look forward to hearing from you!

How to receive payments?

Where should i define my method for receiving affiliate payments. I have already made a sale. How to receive payments to my paypal account?

Thank you for your questions on how to receive payments for affiliated sales. Once you signed up on Click2Sell affiliate marketing network you were asked to provide an e-mail address of your Paypal and/or Moneybookers accounts. You should have entered one of them. If you have entered your Paypal’s account e-mail then you will receive affiliate commission payments directly to your account – you don’t have to do anything in order to receive the payments. For all sales made on December, you will be paid from the 1st to 22nd of January.

How to pass customers information with transaction data?

Hi, Can the customer info be passed back at the end of a transaction? I’d like to know more about how to pass customers information with transaction data to my server?

Thank you for your question about how to pass customers information with transaction data. Yes, Click2Sell.EU can easily pass the buyer’s information such as: name, address, e-mail and all other contact information along with a transactions information: id, date of purchase, sales time, merchant’s and affiliate’s names, product’s names and all other possible data. All this information is passed by Click2Sell API to your remote location script.

If you want to configure Click2Sell.EU system to send all purchase notifications to your servers/scripts, please, navigate to:
For Merchant –> My Products –> Edit Settings –> API Settings
and enter your script’s location (URL) and enable the notifications. Then the system will send all the transaction/order data along with your customers info via HTTP POST method to your specified script’s location.
