How recurring billing orders are handled?

Hi, i’d like to know how recurring billing orders are handled on Click2Sell. Do I need a payment processor for recurring billing orders option to work? Do you integrate with paypal? I mean paypal and recurring billing? As that is not possible in other systems. Who handles the actual paymet? I would like to get the best all in one solution. Thanks!

Hi Frank,

Since you already have Paypal account, that is enough to run your subscription based product on Click2Sell Affiliate Marketing Network. Our system is integrated with Paypal subscriptions payment option, so our system handles all recurring billing orders and pass the information to Paypal for recurring charges.

If you have Paypal PRO, Authorize.net or Worldpay merchant accounts you can also set them up on Click2Sell. This way you will be able to accept direct credit card payments from your customers. Since you will have a recurring billing product, you will be able to signup your customers right on Click2Sell.EU checkout page. Your customers will enter their credit card information and our system will authorize the transaction and then re-bill every X (specified number) days. The payment will be handled by Paypal or your other merchant account which will be configured on Click2Sell. Our system will manage the subscription transaction.

So, you can use Click2Sell.EU to sell recurring billing products without any problems.

Do I have to sell a product in order to promote Click2Sell Referral program?

Hi, I am new to Click2Sell and I just have a quick question. I would like to promote your referral program to other affiliates and merchants I am affiliated with. Is there any qualification process. Thanks for asking about how to promote Click2Sell referral program and it’s qualification process. I would like to tell you that there are no ‘approval’ or ‘qualification’ processes to become Click2Sell referral program participant. You can start signing up people – merchants and affiliates – right now. You will earn commissions from their incurred fees on our system. Moreover, you can also start promoting other merchant’s products from Click2Sell Online Marketplace or sell your own products – there are no waiting periods or anything like that. It is not obligatory to sell some products first if you want to refer new merchants or affiliates to Click2Sell Affiliate Marketing Network. You should get your referral program link and start advertising it for interested people. On our Affiliate Network you are welcome to start and make money online right now!

How and when do i receive affiliate payments?

I just want to know when do i receive affiliate payments and how long will it take to show on my paypal statements before i go any further on pushing this? Thanks!

Thanks for your question regarding the affiliate commission payments. If you are an affiliate and plan to make sales on November, then you will be paid from 1st of December until the 22nd of December – within 21 day after the end of the month for all sales made on November. In most cases all Click2Sell affiliates are paid within a first week or two, so you can be sure that you will receive affiliate payments really soon.

All Click2Sell merchants receive money straight to their Paypal, Moneybookers, Google Checkout or Authorize.net, Paypal PRO, Worldpay merchant accounts and on the following month they pay their affiliates.

How to add additional bonus downloads to thank-you page?

Thank you for your question about how to add additional bonus downloads to thank-you page in one package. It depends on which thank-you page you use. If you provide your own product’s thank-you page, then you can design the way you want it and add as much products as you want on the page for your customers to download. If you use Click2Sell default thank-you page, you can upload one file to our secure servers. If you really want to use our default thank-you page, then you can upload your main file to our secure servers and then navigate to:
For Merchant –> My Products –> Edit Settings –> Configure product pages –> Thank-you page
and use a WYSIWYG html editor to modify your default thank-you page and add additional hyperlinks for bonus products to download on that page.

One way or the other, I suggest you to provide your own thank-you page if you want to provide more than one product for your customers to download.

Do you support recurring billing eg monthly 27$?

Thank you for your questions regarding the recurring billing option. Yes, we do support the recurring billing products. If you want to sell a product on Click2Sell.EU and charge your customers for example monthly, then you should login to your account, navigate to: For Merchant –> Add Product and select a ‘subscription’ product type during the product addition steps. There you will be asked to define a recurring billing period (i.e. charge $27 every 30 days) and add other product’s information. Once you are done, you will be provided with buy now buttons for your website to place. Just place those buttons and you will be ready to go.

I can’t issue PayPal refund

Hi, I can’t issue Paypal refund on Click2Sell. When I click on the “refund” button, the page just reloads and didn’t process a refund for me. Could you please advice?

Dear Seree,

I have just checked your Click2Sell.EU account and found some misconfigurations. That’s why you can’t issue PayPal refund. Please, login to your account and navigate to:
My Profile –> My Payment Processors –> Paypal (click on your e-mail).
As you can see you only have Paypal e-mail address filled, while there is no API username, signature/key entered. In order for refunds to work, you have to enter your Paypal API credentials on Click2Sell.EU account, then our system will be able to connect with your Paypal account and issue refunds. On Click2Sell.EU payment processors page you will find all the instructions on how to create your Paypal credentials and enter them on your account, so just follow them you you will be ready to go. You may also read detailed information How to get Paypal API. Once you complete adding the API information to Click2Sell.EU, just find a desired transaction on Transactions report, click on it and then click on ‘Refund’ to refund that certain transaction.

Thank you for your question regarding minimum payout threshold on Click2Sell.EU. All Click2Sell affiliates are paid affiliate commissions directly to Paypal or Moneybookers accounts. There is no minimum payout threshold in order to receive a payment. The only thing you should care is to start making sales! You will be paid within 21 day after the end of the month for all affiliated sales.

Collecting Customer Data to Autoresponder

I’m using C2S checkout pages. I assume i’d have to use my own page to place an autoresponder code for collecting customer data to autoresponder, right? In my case it would be Aweber.com. Is there a help / documentation on how to build a checkout page? / place the code on c2s checkout page?

Actually it depends on the code that your autoresponder provides. Is it a plain html or any other code? In order to modify your checkout page for collecting customer data to autoresponder, just navigate in your Click2Sell account to:
For Merchant –> My Products –> Edit Settings –> Configure product pages –> Checkout
and place a code using WYSIWYG html editor (which is built-in system) or use it’s html function to paste your html code. Then save and check your web page. Our current checkout page is not really flexible, so you have to see if the code is displayed correctly. If it’s not, then I would suggest you to gather your subscribers on your own thank-you page. For example, the visitor could be redirected to the thank-you page to enter his/her e-mail address and once the e-mail is submitted, the download link would be provided.

Is there a way to make the customer sign up to an autoresponder when they enter customer data into registration form? Michael

Dear Michael,

Which autoresponder you would like to use? If you have a special code you can easily place it on your product’s checkout page, so your customers will be able to enter their customer data with e-mail address and signup on your list. Or you might also place your autoresponder’s signup box on your product’s thank-you page (the page where a customer gets redirected after a successful purchase) and signup people on your autoresponder list there. Methods of promotion

What methods of promotion are allowed in the click2sell affiliate marketing network? Do you allow direct linking from search engine marketing, contextual advertising…? You do state that incentivized marketing is not acceptable. Is this up to the seller or are these methods of promotion not permitted? Do you have Account Managers or do we deal with the AM of the promotions we choose to promote? Please excuse the questions but I want to be clear before getting started.

Thank you for all your questions, that really make sense. Now I would like to explain everything regarding possible methods of promotion. You can use ALL available legal methods of promotion to promote products from Click2Sell online marketplace to potential customers: use pay per click campaigns on Google Adwords or Yahoo! Search marketing networks to drive traffic, article marketing, e-mail marketing, place banner ads on your websites. Of course, you can use direct linking from search engines – contextual advertising services, etc. You can promote your affiliate links whatever method you want, however, you cannot use any illegal promotion methods such as spam. If you have any questions about a certain product, you can easily contact the merchant and ask the questions. I’m sure that all merchants will do their best to answer them and help you out.
