Download link and thank you page
I want to know where is the download link and thank you page?
After filling in your forms I did the test buy. Pay-Pal took me money
and made a deposit into my account. So far so good. But, i couldn’t find
download link and thank you page… Shouldn’t I have something to click to
make sure the download is as it should be? Allen

I’m glad to see that you have successfully done the test buy.
Regarding the download link and thank you page, it is actually up to you.
In product settings you have specified “http://changedwebsite.com”
as your product’s thank-you page. That’s the page which your customers
will see after a successful purchase. You need to place a download link
there, if you want your customers to be able to download something.
Alternatively you can choose “Default” thank you page and upload the
product into our server. Then your customers will be redirected to our
default “thank-you” page (which can be modified) and there they will
find the download link. Also an email with download link will be sent to
their email address.
If you want to change “thank-you” page URL, you have to go this way:
“For Merchant” -> click on product’s name -> click on “Configure basic
settings” -> select Step2.
In the same place you can upload your file, if you decide to host your
file in our server.
If you want to customize our default “thank you” page, then go this way:
“For Merchant” -> click on product’s name -> click on “Customize product
pages” -> select “Thank-You Page”.

Advertising affiliate links correctly
Thank you. Please don’t think that I’m a pest, but I have to get this right and really understand the program if I am going to get other affiliates started. I’ve gone through the information , now a few more questions.

USE THE ” HREF ” IN THEIR LINKS, BUT ONLY THE “HTTP” WILL
THIS INTERFERE WITH THE AD AT ALL.# 7. I guess this link that had the “sign up ” within it is the one used for the ads I will be placing to have other affiliates join Click2Sell right ?

Thank you for your questions concerning advertising affiliate links correctly. I would like to explain everything for you and answer all your questions one by one:
3) Your affiliate link: yes, the link is correct. This link should be used on ADS to promote the products from Click2Sell.EU Marketplace. Please, visit this link yourself – as you can see this is your own unique affiliate link to drive visitors to the promoted product’s sales page. All you have to do is to promote this link and if your referred visitor makes a purchase then you will earn an affiliate commission which will be paid to you.
4) This is a direct affiliate link to checkout page. We have made an additional ?checkout string so affiliates could drive visitors right into the product’s checkout page bypassing the merchant’s provided sales page. This link should be used by affiliates who intend to create their own landing sales pages and for those who want to bypass the merchant’s website. This way you can create your own affiliated product’s sales page, tweak it according to your needs and place a link to ?checkout. If a visitor to your website buys the product, you will get an affiliate commission. 5) Html format is for banner ads that should be placed on the website, etc.
6) This link is to promote Click2Sell.EU Referral program. It is different than your affiliate links. Affiliate links are used to drive visitors to affiliated product’s sales pages and make sales in order to earn affiliate commissions. Click2Sell Referral program link (this one) is the link to drive people to Click2Sell.EU website to signup on our system. You will be able to earn money also by referring people.
7) This html code with “a href” link should be used on a website or etc. This is a html code. If you plan to use this link on your ads then in most cases you won’t need that a href link. Just place a simple http:// link.

Promoting link in traffic exchanges
Each time I try promoting link in traffic exchange I have my link rejected and the reason is ‘invalid’. Why is that so?

Thank you for your questions and interest in Click2Sell.EU. It might be possible that your traffic exchange programs do not accept Click2Sell.EU affiliate links that are made using subdomains. This way you sould cloak them. After cloaking your affiliate links you should not have more problems and on the other side – you’ll be more safe from loosing sales commissions. File size for upload
I am looking at your service but couldn’t find the answer to a few questions. I have mp3’s of my own music that I wish to sell, but couldn’t find your specifications on file size for upload. If I put an entire album in a zip file @ 320 kbps the file size is 184MB. Would I need to upload as a zip or as separate files? What are your allowances for file size, bandwidth usage etc. Thanks so much for your help, Denean

Thank you for your questions regarding the file size for upload. Currently we do not limit our members at all – they can upload their files at no cost to Click2Sell.EU secure servers. We do not charge any fees for storage space or bandwidth usage. All you have do to is just to upload your files and sell them via Click2Sell.EU. Currently we allow to upload only one file, so you would have to make it one huge zip file. However, I would like to say that if you have a lot of different files or they are very huge (hundred or more MBs) then you would better use your own thank-you pages since such big files take a lot of time to upload. It would also be easier for you to manage them all.

Thank you for your question regarding on how to withdraw money for affiliated sales from Click2Sell.EU to your Paypal account. Actually you don’t have to do anything at all. For this moment you have to make sales 
. All affiliates (including you) will be paid automatically within 21 day after the end of the ongoing month. So, for all your sales made on November, you will receive your affiliate commissions from 1st to 22nd of December. Money will be paid automatically to your Paypal account. There is no need to try withdraw money or do any other actions to be paid.

Paypal does not allow to buy a product
I went to the checkout page and wanted to buy product with Paypal and it won’t let me in. Could it be that you need my Paypal email address to process the sale? If so, where do I update my info, I tried the profile section and found nothing. I find it interesting that my Paypal Email address doesn’t show when you are transferred to the checkout page.

Thank you for your questions regarding the purchase processes (buy product with PayPal). Once you signed up on Click2Sell.EU, the first signup form asked for your Paypal e-mail address, so if you have entered it there, your Paypal account should be used to accept payments instantly. Please, login to your Click2Sell.EU account and visit: My Profile –> My Payment Processors and check if Paypal account is shown on your account.
I think your Paypal account is already set up. The Paypal did not let you complete the purchase just because you used the same Paypal account to buy product and to receive the money. You need to have two different Paypal accounts: one to receive money (should be set up on Click2Sell.EU Payment processors page) and the 2nd one to use once you perform a purchase.
Paypal e-mail address should not be shown on the checkout since Paypal in most cases use your business name, etc. to display. Please, try it out again. If you still have these problems, please, e-mail me your product’s checkout page link and I will personally check it out for you.

How to upload more than one file to download?
Hello, I’m trying to add a product. I had to split the file in to several zip files, being that one file was to large and kept timing out during upload. How can I add more then one file? thank you.

Thank you for your question regarding how to upload more than one file to download area in Click2Sell.EU. Currently we allow to upload only one file for a customer to download area in Click2Sell.EU secure servers. If you have more than one product file or the file size is very big, it would be better for you to create your own thank-you page and provide your files to download on that page. This way you will have more control over your files. However, you can also do this: upload your one file to Click2Sell.EU servers and then go to: For Merchant –> My Products –> Edit Settings –> Customize product pages –> Thank-you page and then place 2nd or 3rd file’s download links there. Just simply use Download 2nd file here html link.

Question Regarding Promoting Products

Yes I am an affiliate who would like to start promoting products (sold by other people) and earn commission. I would like to find out about the codes you mentioned to promote the products , is it the number on the left side of the porducts, the campaign links or what codes do we have to use. If we place ads, do these links have to appear in each ad we place or just my link, so that if any one gets into my site they will be able to see everything and perhaps sign up as an affiliate. In order to promote products as affiliate and get the right affiliate links just use these steps:
Just navigate through the Marketplace and search for products of your interest. Once you find an interesting product to promote, please, click on ‘Promote’ link nearby. You will be given your own affiliate link. Then you will have to advertise these links and start driving quality traffic.
Your affiliate links will look like: http://your-affiliate-id.product-id.click2sell.eu
your-affiliate-id will contain your login to Click2Sell.EU
product-id will contain a product’s id on the system.
So use these links on your campaigns and drive traffic to them. If you place ads, these links should appear on every ad. You can also cloak these links, etc. However, you need to drive traffic using your affiliate links, only then you will get your affiliate commissions once customer buys your promoted product.

Thank you for your question. Currently Click2Sell.EU does not insist you to have website to sell products since we provide our own pre-made basic website to sell your digital products (ebooks, photos, etc.), material products and subscription based product (monthly, yearly membership fees for service) – just select “use default sales page” once adding a product to the system. However, I strongly suggest to create your own website especially if you are interested to recruit affiliates to sell your products. Since only high quality products with good looking sales pages attracts the best affiliates.

Hello Support, i have question regarding affiliate links. I use Viral Advertising, and in their Terms and Conditions they are very much against spam. Anyone caught spamming will be cut out from their business, so don’t worry, your business is safe. For ads in another program I am working with. Is the link in the TOOLS – “signup” Is this the only link that affiliates can advertise with ? I’ve read the commissions sections and is this due to protecting the commissions for the affiliates ?
