Thank you for your questions and interest in joining Click2Sell EU as a merchant. What is Moneybookers? Moneybookers is a payment processing company working similarly to Paypal, but they accept merchants even from those countries, which PayPal doesn’t accept. In my opinion Moneybookers is more oriented to European and Asian customers. In order to signup on our system you must have at least Paypal and/or Moneybookers accounts to accept Click2Sell payments. You should open your account on at least one of those payment processors (or you can open accounts on both of them, because it’s free) and then provide PayPal or Moneybookers accounts email to Click2Sell.EU. Then you will be able to set up and sell your products on our system. Moneybookers (and Paypal) e-mail id is an e-mail address of your Moneybookers/Paypal account. I can’t login

Thank you for reporting this. Please, check if your browser accepts cookies. In order to be able to login, your browser must accept cookies from Click2Sell, otherwise your login won’t work. Also… If you still can’t login, try to use another web browser – Firefox, MSIE, etc? Please, try to log in to your account again with it. If it still doesn’t work, it might be that you made a typing error when choosing your password. Please, send me your login name and password, so I will personally check if I can login myself. If no luck – I will reset and send you the new password.

Where can I find my pre-made page for affiliates to signup? I do not see this in user guides. I want to create an affiliate signup page on my web-site. How to run affiliate program?
Hello! Question – How to run affiliate program? I have a classified ad site I would first like to integrate affiliate program. I would like to offer a 25% commission structure for affiliates. You indicated on merchant options page I can put up a signup link on my web-site to attract new affiliates to promote my web-site, How would I do this? When they signup how would it work? Do they login to get referral links in which to promote my program.

Thank you for your questions on how to run affiliate program. Now in order to get started, you have to add your product to Click2Sell.EU affiliate programs network (simply navigate to For Merchant –> Add Product section and follow all the steps). Once you add your website/product to our system you will be provided with Click2Sell.EU “buy now” links to place on your web page. Please”, put the buy now buttons into your website’s sales page (if you want to use your own images for buy now buttons, simply change the image .png url in the provided buy now button code). Now, once you have done, please, login to your account and navigate to:
For Merchant –> My Products –> Edit Settings
On this page you will find a link to your pre-made page for affiliates. Just add this link to your website and your website visitors will be able to signup for your affiliate program. That page has all the instructions for affiliates to join and promote your affiliate program. If you want, you can modify the look of that page for ‘Affiliates’. Just navigate to:
For Merchant –> My Products –> Edit Settings –> Configure product pages –> Page for Affiliates
Once you add this page to your website you’ll be ready to run affiliate program – your visitors will be able to signup and promote your website and this way will earn affiliate commissions for all the sales. You can also create your own page for Affiliates and provide all the instructions. There are 2 easy steps your affiliate’s should do in order to promote your product:
1) Signup on Click2Sell.EU
2) Create their own affiliate links: http://affiliate-id.product-id.click2sell.eu <—- affiliate has to enter his/her own affiliate link and enter it once and the campaign is activated. (Affiliate-id is the affiliate’s username on Click2Sell.EU system. Product-id – is your product’s id on the system (your login name + first 3 letters of your product’s name)).
The affiliates can also navigate to the Click2Sell Online Marketplace, find your product and click on ‘Promote’ link nearby, then affiliate links will be created for them. That’s all. Once they have their affiliate link, they will be able to promote your product. Don’t forget to provide the tips on how to promote your website, etc. This will bring you much more active affiliates.

Use simple link instead of buy now button
My webhost does not allow the html code provided for a payment button. I need to use simple link instead of buy now button. Could you could give me simple link to add for the payment instead by now button. I have my own domain and everything.. thanks, Lucy

Thank you for reporting this. Yes, you can use a simple link instead of buy now button to the checkout page without any java code. You can find this link by navigating in your account to: For Merchant –> My Products –> Buy Now Links (click on it). There you will find a link straight to your product’s checkout page. It will look like this: http://www.click2sell.eu/buy?your-product-id . Now the link should work just fine. Select state on sign up form
On the sign-up form on where it say select State its does not allow me to select the state I clicked on the link & it does not work

Thank you for your question regarding the state selection. I guess you are a member outside the US? If so, that’s why the “select state” form does not allow you to select state. The state field is only required for US members, while we do not gather this information from other people that live in other countries. If you are from the USA and still have this problem, please, let me know. I will personally help you out.

Thank you for your questions. No, you don’t need to have a website to promote products as affiliate. If you want to sell products as affiliate, just go to the Marketplace and search for interesting products. Once you find an interesting product to promote, please, click on ‘Promote’ link. You will be given your own affiliate links.Then you will have to advertise these links using your mailing list (if you have), blog posting, or you can consider to build your own wensite to promote products (but it’t not a must) etc., and start driving quality traffic.
You can use plain http://your-id.product-id.click2sell.eu affiliate links in forum signatures, pay per click campaigns, etc. to drive traffic to your affiliate links. Please, access one of your affiliate links yourself. You will notice that the visitor is redirected to the product’s sales page. If your referred visitor buys a product, you will earn an affiliate commission.
The provided buy now buttons can be used on your website if you have one or you can replace them with your own. But as I mentioned, you don’t need to have a website to promote products with affiliate links since each affiliate link directs the visitor to the product’s sales page.

I would like to elaborate more on how we’re tracking sales with tracking channels and how affiliate links work. Actually they DO track keywords which generates sales, so you get sales tracking feature. For example, if you bring a visitor from a search engine or pay per click engine right into your tracking channel link, it will automatically determine the referring website (or search engine) and extract the keyword (if visitor comes from a search engine via keyword). Referral report shows all websites that bring visitors to your product’s website and/or affiliate link/tracking channel. Keywords report shows all keywords used on a search engine to find your website and enter it directly and/or find your affiliate link/tracking channel and enter it – the keywords will be always extracted and shown. So, with this complex solution you are able to be tracking sales easily.

I have now few promotion links to recruit affiliates through e-mails and ads. Which one do I have to use?

But it won´t click through in e-mails.Does this link give me credit when i recruit affiliates sending them to click2sell website to sign-up? http://xxxxxx.join.click2sell.eu This link I will use on my e-mail ads.. The first provided signup code is a html code that is intended to be placed and recruit affiliates on your website only. You should use the 2nd: http://xxxxxx.join.click2sell.eu link on your ads to signup new people on our system. Yes, both of these links will give you a credit for signing up both merchants and affiliates.
