How do i cancel an item so a person can have they money back?
Dear Damion,
Thank you for contacting us regarding this matter. If you accept payments to Paypal or any other payment processor’s account through Click2Sell.EU, all you have to do is either:
a) login to your payment processor’s account and refund a payment from the members area
or
b) login to your Click2Sell.EU members area, navigate to My Profile –> My Payment Processors –> Paypal (click on it) and fill in the API data. Then once you have done it, simply go to the Transaction report, click on a certain transaction and then click on ‘Refund’ button. The transaction will be refunded.
